**Recipients:** Cloudflare (operation of the website and sign-in service, database, statistics, machine translation of messages) and Resend (sending sign-in codes, confirmations and replies by email). If you sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, that provider passes us your verified email. Both may process data outside the EU on the basis of standard contractual clauses; Cloudflare also under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

**Cookies:** the website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, so it shows no consent banner. The sign-in service sets only a strictly necessary session cookie, and Cloudflare Turnstile form protection checks that forms are not submitted by a robot.

**Your rights:** access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [info@eywo.cz](mailto:info@eywo.cz); we reply within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.

**Data in the Stilla application** (customer instances) is not covered by this policy. Its controller is the customer, and Eywo processes it under the data processing agreement.
