Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Standard, Business and Enterprise?

Standard includes the CMDB with impact, ITSM processes including problems and known errors, changes, SLAs, approvals and audit. Business adds event management, patch and vulnerability management, data centres, contracts, procurement and IT asset management and the AI assistant. Enterprise adds costs and billing (FinOps), customer data separation, sync with a primary CMDB and priority support.

Can I move to a higher edition later?

Yes. Each higher edition includes everything from the one below, and moving up requires no data migration.

What is the price based on?

Prices are indicative, monthly, excluding VAT and per environment. We prepare an exact quote based on scope and deployment model.

Does submitting an order commit me?

No. After an order we get in touch, clarify scope, deployment and price, and propose a pilot. You sign a contract only after agreeing to the quote.

How does the rollout work?

Step by step: deployment profile and access, CMDB data, services and their owners, and a pilot in one area. After each step the readiness check shows what is still missing.

Next step

Start with a pilot in one area.

Pick a customer or a department and its key services. After the pilot we review SLAs, changes and costs together – and you decide on expansion with peace of mind.
